MEDICATIONS

• (Do not draw up until you need it!)
• Propofol or Ketamine x1
• Suxamethaonium x2
• Code Epi x1 (100mcg/mL)
• Atropine x1
• Baby Epi x1 (10mcg/mL)
• Phenylephrine x1
• Ephedrine x1
• Glycopyrrolate x1

SUPPLIES

• ETTs (size 7.0)
• LMAs (one of each size)
• Oral Airways (have 2 of each size)
• Laryngoscope MAC 3
• Bougies, Stylets
• Flushes
• Empty 10cc Syringe

MISC

• You may want to bring up the most recent ABG.
• O2 tank, mask/Ambu bag and transport monitor
• Take your consultant or another anesthesia provider with you on transport.
• Remind your surgical colleagues to communicate with the ICU a rolling call to the ICU so that they know that you are on the way.
