 - Dentition
 - Lower jaw subluxation
 
 - Neck
- Thyromental distance
 - Neck mobility (extension, flexion)
 
 
ASA CRITERIA:
- 
ASA 1: normal healthy patient
 - 
ASA 2: mild systemic disease
 - 
ASA 3: severe systemic disease
 - 
ASA 4: severe systemic disease that is a constant threat to life
 - 
ASA 5: Moribund patient, not expected to survive without the operation
 - 
ASA 6: Declared Brain Dead
 - 
E: Emergent modifier can be added to any classification
- (Example: young healthy male after RTA → ASA 1E)
 
 
LABORATORY TESTS:
- Hgb/CBC: Lavender (EDTA) 2 mL
 - BMP: Light Green PST (Lithium Heparin with gel) 4.5 mL / (Red top accepted but not preferred)
 - PT/INR: Light Blue Top (Sodium Citrate) 2.7 mL
 - Group & Cross-match: Lavender (EDTA) 2 mL / (Red top accepted but not preferred)
 - ABG: Heparinized ABG syringe (Must fill to 1 mL for appropriate results)
